We stayed with our elder children in a triple room for 3 nights it this hotel. The hotel is in the prime location, staffs are very helpful, espepcially the reception staff. Hotel room is very neat and clean, neat and large enough bathrooms with necessary aminities. Tea/Coffee making facilities are provided in all floors. We would recommend this hotel for the travellers who is looking for a budget hotel with good service that provide value for money. We would stay in Bintag Warison Hotel again when we visit KL next time.

In regards to the above, the breakfast was very very poor. Not much of variety to chooses. In fact, the b'fast coupon given by the hotel's reception has nothing to do with restaurant where the breakfast is being prepared.In other words, hotel and restaurant have different management. Price for the Ala-carte breakfast is not tally/reasonable to the breakfast that is being served. There's an incident which happened to my family..we did order the meal base on menu but was told that one of the meal where my kids wanted already finished and was ask to order on different meal..fine for us but at the end i have to pay for the meal that was ordered by my kids only. We can't used the b'fast coupon that was included on the hotel's room rate. I did complaint to the front desk of the hotel but was told that they have different management and they can't do anything. We're very very disappointed at what it call none of our business by the hotel staff and the poor management of the restaurant. Hopefully, the hotel's management can look into this matter especially on the customer service.

The Hotel is nice as expected, however it will be nicer if there are new paint work done and lights being fixed at appropriate places. please provide smoking free rooms as the smellls linger even though i do not smoke at all.

Bintang Warisan's staff was VERY friendly and helpful. For the price of the hotel, the location is fantastic. we took the bus from Singapore, and it was just a 5 minute walk from where we got dropped off (Berjaya Times Square). KLCC was also just a short walk away afterwards. Bukit Bintang is a great street.
