I had always stayed at Swiss Inn whenever I'm in KL because of its proximity to Puduraya Bus Station and Putra. I was very pleased to be given the new wing and the room and the attached bathroom are considered luxurious for its location..The breakfast buffet may be simple and limited but plentiful in quantity.

I really enjoy staying at the hotel due to it's location and easy access to any location by public bus.The internet room is very helpful and well mantain. The only area for improvement is the restaurant that serve breakfast. What i observe is that they short of manpower ,and they can improve the quality of the food of which i myself is a cook and u never know who may dine at the restaurant,

I only stayed there for 1 night, yet I had to change rooms 2 times. What an experience...
I was given a room with an individual air-conditioning but the control was MISSING upon check-in. The problem was not still rectified by the reception staffs as was promised when I came back from an appointment at 5 p.m. Worse, the reception staffs has changed shift and had no knowledge of what happened. Hot, tired & thirsty, I was forced to stand at the reception (the only 2 chairs there were occupied) cooling my heels. I had to repeat myself several times over as the poor chap at the reception was not even aware that the particular room in question has a different air-conditioning unit altogether!! I had to wait for almost an hour before the reception conceded defeat and reluctantly gave me another room.
The next morning, I was LOCKED OUT of my room when I came back at 11 am. Even after renewing the room pass, the door remained firmly locked. Another hour was spent at the reception whilst technicians were hunted down and the problem looked into. Guess what? The doorlock battery was flat! No choice but to move to yet another room. Phew!
It was really tough for me to have wasted so much time, not to mention the inconveniences involved. It was a short, urgeent business trip and I was so hard pressed for time. I felt that this could have been avoided if the hotel management conducts regularly maintenance checks. The lobby is too warm, and more seats should be available for weary travellers like me!
