I am not very happy with the service. Only one of the staff was very kind with us. I don´t know if it was because we are young, foreigners or they didn´t like our clothes. We had to find the room by ourselves and when arrived, the bar was empty and not all the facilities were for two people in a double room. At least it was clean and the view was excellent. Also the breakfast was good, but, for the same price we have been in better hotels.

It was a pleasure staying with you and for my purpose visiting the Fair next door it was on perfect place . I would for the same purpose only chooseyour hotel as it is very convenient and comfortable. Furthermore my up front sent trade fair material was perfectly taken care by the Concierge

To be fair i was there on a 3 day 2 night stay. I am very awe when I when in my room. It's simple decorated yet it's very cosy and i m very please with the room and facilities.
As for location, with the train service .it's relative convenient to travel to KLCC and other areas.
It's only to the minority. The service staff working in the restuarant have to be service oriented and be friendly and attentive. If this area is look into. I guess my impression and stay of BWPSP would be a perfect 10 score.
